The show at The Broadway Bar in Amityville was awesome! First up was Big Daddy Deluxe who had people singing and dancing along with their set of rockabilly classics. Up next was Adam Rinn's sideshow act. It's not everyday that you see a guy hammer nails into his nostrils and swallow fire but Adam "The First Real Man" did those things and more. Along with him, were two lovely Burlesque dancers: Diviana Devour and CiCi Marie. These ladies were sexy, talented and entertaining. After they got the crowd worked up, we took the stage and played a bunch of originals & a handful of covers. Highlights include playing our old show opener Yellow Dog Takeoff which feature solos from every band member and an extremely energetic cover of Shout. We play much better when we can feed off the energy of the auidence and that night, the audience was in the right state of mind. Everyone was dancing and going wild. At one point CiCi, who was dancing during our whole set, even came on stage and gave Mike a kiss. I spoke with the rest of the band after our set and we all felt very grateful to see so many people dancing and enjoying themselves. Special thanks to all of our friends & family who surprised us by showing up for the show.
